What is the best version of ourselves? Most of us ask ourselves that many times. Many still do… Losing weight, accumulating new skills, doing some new and fun exercises, and much more. Will it help? It’s all up to you. Deciding to make a change is the first and biggest step.

There are numerous things most of us dream of. Many desire a good job or a successful career. Nevertheless, some of us dream and work hard to have a good figure or good health. There are so many aspects of our dreams, it’s almost countless. Most importantly, what makes us get there or at least start in the right direction? It’s a very complicated question and not many make it a reality. It takes courage and motivation. We all have different plans, but some small tips and steps could make it easier.

The first, most coordinative tip is to write a plan for your day. This helps to cut out the noise and pressures you to prioritize. For example, the top 5 things on my list today were to clean my apartment, attend school meetings, speak with my family, make dinner and write this article. When you run into tough situations, oftentimes it will seem like a catastrophe. Small things matter but if for some reason it won’t happen don’t sweat the small stuff and keep your eye on the big picture.

Next, try to learn and discover something new every day. It could be a list of new habits, a new language (at least a world), a technique, or inspiration. Push yourself to grow every single day, step by step. If you improved just a little bit every single day, think of how that affected you over a year. The result becomes spectacular over time. Additionally, watching and reading some new data is a must for many. Not only do we absorb new information we can use it for our personal development.

Secondarily, organizing the knowledge that we already poses is very important. Finding good use of it is even more meaningful. How many new books have you read or have many new orders have you placed? What did you forget? Sorting things out help organize our mentality. I will thank you later. It’s easy to get distracted as a thousand messages hit us every day. Turn off the TV at least one day a week if you can it will bring you inner peace and distract you from troubles. Pick up a local newspaper for a change.

Therefore, pushing ourselves to work out, primarily in the morning could turn our lives upside down. It’s so simple but it’s so effective. Your energy will be much better for the rest of the day and your fitness will be better for it. Honestly, it’s easier said than done. Personally, it’s a big step if it made the amount of energy for the day phenomenal, plus inner pride is not smaller. Praising ourselves is good from time to time. Therefore, we usually forget to thank all and everything during the day.

Appreciation is important. It will make most of us feel much happier. Spend time with friends and family that lift you up and inspire you to live the best life possible. Have someone pessimistic in your life? Don’t spend time with them. Be around people that bring out the best in you and help you rise. Watching some positive and funny movies could do the job. Giving up is not an option.

Finally, thank yourself by the end of the day, it’s amazing what we can do. Do we all know where to start and what we want? A lot of times we don’t know what the right answer is. As for me, I have an ambition that I am going for. Do I know how will I get there? No, but it will not stop me neither it should stop you. 

Am I perfect? I don’t think so, but we are all ideal in our own way. All souls are extraordinary…
